The mission of Eau Claire High School's counseling program is to provide a comprehensive program to assist all students, while respecting individual differences, in building their academic skills, career preparedness, and social responsibility. As student advocates, counselors work with students to identify and remove barriers to learning by promoting an environment that fosters safety, growth, development, life-long learning, personal responsibility, and productivity. In collaboration with other faculty, parents or guardians, and community stakeholders, school counselors assist students in obtaining the skills and knowledge to meet the demands of an ever changing world.
